Our experience with Linda Shears was absolutely fantastic. We already had a wonderful home, many updates, and the home was in a highly desirable area. But we wanted to sell fast in a market where higher end homes took a bit longer than a traditional sale. When we brought this concern to our real estate agent and without hesitation, she recommended an interior designer she had worked with on other homes. Linda has a worldly background and can really bring out the strengths of a home without spending thousands of dollars to get it done. She was able to use her knowledge of art, furniture, lighting, colors, and comprehension of potential buyers for our type of home. Over the course of a couple days she brought in her team to arrange new pieces, redecorate, and rearrange our existing home furnishings to prepare for the listing. When the day came that our home hit the MLS, we were blown away by the number of appointments. At one point we began to wonder if we were getting too many showings! We had to come home for the night at some point! But all joking aside, all offers submitted were tens of thousands over asking and included some very handsome cash offers.
